Our Process

One of our primary goals is to develop a long-term, trusting relationship with you.

Engage

Engage

Where You Are

An Engagement Meeting establishes a baseline of where you are today and figuring out how we might be able to help. It doesn’t deal with where you’re going or how you’re going to get there yet. But it does give us a clear, and shared, understanding of the very first thing you have to know in any journey; exactly where you are. We’ll help you assess your current situation and define your goals through understanding your values, relationships and dreams. Once we plot your current location and your desired destination, we can craft a meaningful path toward your financial freedom.

Plan

Chart Your Path

Our Planning Meeting is designed to organize and understand every part of your financial life. The first part will be reviewing the information you provided to us so that we have everything we need to provide our best recommendations. The second half of that time will be more educational, and clients tell us that this is one of their favorite parts. This is where we put forward strategies and start to co-create a plan that’s unique to you. We’ll also create a sort of wish list of your goals – what you would like to accomplish financially, for yourself and for the people you care about. Basically, where do you want to go.

Implement

Confirm Your Unique Plan

We take everything we’ve gathered, analyze your information, and propose recommendations to hit your specific goals that we’ll present in the Implementation Meeting. In this meeting, we’ll confirm our findings, review the strategies we all decided on, agree to an investment strategy, and open any accounts that we’ll need to create the structure. Our goal is to leave that meeting with an executable financial plan, so we know how we’re going to get to your goals.

Evaluate the Path

During our on-going review meetings, we will ensure your goals are still aligned with your map. We address new changes in your life and, if necessary, adjust your plan accordingly. We can call on a broad network of specialists; tax planners, attorneys and more to help ensure you are receiving comprehensive advice to keep you on the right path with clarity and confidence.
